Limitations of this price

Maximum retained height 2.4 m
Total wall length up to 30 m. Longer walls are quoted on application
Surcharge limited to residential loading within the zone of influence
Assumes a cantilever wall on a spread footing — no anchors or props
Adequate space must be available to construct the footing heel and toe
