Geotechnical report for the site (supplied by the client)
Site survey or contour plan (required — supplied by the client)
Superstructure, bracing or roof structure design
Retaining wall design (priced separately)
Global slope stability assessment
Council lodgement fees and building consent charges

Limitations of this price

A site survey showing contours is required before design can begin
Site gradient up to 1 in 5. Steeper sites are quoted on application
Requires truss/roof and floor loading plans showing all point loads
Two storey, timber framed construction
Cut and fill assumed to be within the geotechnical report's recommendations
Excludes any retaining structure required to form the building platform
